How do I cancel my order?
We at LOVERTTI offer a 90-day GUARANTEE. Depending on the status of your order, it may not be possible to cancel it. For better service, we recommend that you contact us by email at support@lovertti.com. We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Can I make changes to the color or size of my item before it ships?
While we cannot guarantee a successful change following order placement due to a goal of quick processing and shipping, we will make changes to your order if it is possible. Please contact us via
support@lovertti.com as soon as possible to do so.
Can I make a change to my shipping or billing address after I place my order?
We cannot guarantee a successful change once the order has been placed, but you may contact us via support@lovertti.com and we will make any possible changes. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to have this e-mail re-sent, do not hesitate to contact us via email at support@lovertti.com.
Why didn't I receive an order or shipment confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent immediately after your order. If you are missing an order and/or shipment confirmation it is likely there was either an error in the typing of your e-mail address at checkout or the e-mail was blocked. We can see this happen with some .edu and other various e-mail hosts. Please contact us via support@lovertti.com and we will ensure to have your confirmations re-sent.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at support@lovertti.com and we will resolve this ASAP!
After 90 days from your order being delivered, any damages to your item(s) are considered wear and tear, and not manufacturing damage.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
What is Astoria Activewear's return policy?
We accept return for credit on all items in original, sellable condition for 90 days following delivery.
PRODUCT & INVENTORY
The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
LOVERTTI comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.
I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?
When in doubt we typically recommend to size up. Feel free to use our quick assist tool in the lower right hand corner for sizing help. You can also view our size chart here.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping and ship to most countries!
What's the status on my return?
We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking number. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-5 business days for processing of the return. Note that since you are shipping the return internationally it may take a little longer for your package to reach us.
